18.1 Submissions generally. In connection with the pre-hearing conference, the hearing officer, on his or her own motion or at the request of a party, may order any party to furnish such information as deemed appropriate.
18.1.1 An outline or narrative summary of the party's case or defense;
18.2 Timing of production. The hearing officer may modify the time limits for production of evidence set by these rules.
