18.1 General
18.1.1 In no case will the
destruction of trees or shrubs within the right of way of any highway for the
purpose of increasing or enhancing the visibility of an outdoor advertising
sign be allowed.
18.2 Penalties
18.2.1 Persons who undertake such
action will be
18.2.1.1 Subject to possible
criminal prosecution and
18.2.1.2
Have the permit for the involved sign revoked and
18.2.1.3 Responsible for any corrective
action relative to the trees and shrubs deemed necessary by the
Department.
