This Regulation is established and promulgated pursuant to 18 Del.C. §§ 314, 1718 and 29Del.C. Ch.101. The purpose of this Regulation is to establish requirements for insurance education and ethics for resident insurance adjusters, public adjusters, producers, surplus lines brokers and for standards for education providers and instructors in order to ensure a high level of professionalism for the benefit of Delaware consumers.
