Section 936-I-5.0 - Child Placing Agency Licensure

A person, agency, corporation, partnership, or entity shall not operate or provide foster care or adoption services as defined in these regulations unless OCCL issues a child placing agency license to do so. Anyone who operates a child placing agency without a license violates 14 Del.C. §§ 3001A- 3005 A, The Delaware Child Care Act, and shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than three months, or both.
