69.1 The Governor's Advisory Council for Exceptional Citizensshall:
69.1.1 Advise the DOE of unmet needs within the State in the education of children with disabilities;
69.1.2 Comment publicly on any rules or regulations proposed by the State regarding the education of children with disabilities;
69.1.3 Advise the DOEin developing evaluations and reporting on data to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Education;
69.1.4 Advise the DOEin developing corrective action plans to address findings identified in Federal monitoring reports under Part B of the Act; and
69.1.5 Advise the DOEin developing and implementing policies relating to the coordination of services for children with disabilities.
