Each public agency that places a child with a disability at a private school or facility shall ensure the child is provided special education and related services in conformance with an IEP that meets the requirements of 14 DE Admin. Code 925, Sections 20.0 through 25.0; and at no cost to the parents; is provided a FAPE; and has all of the rights of a child with a disability who is served by a public agency.
