This regulation shall apply to all individuals seeking public school related employment in a Delaware public school. Refer to 14 DE Admin. Code 746 Criminal Background Check for Student Teaching for the requirements and procedures related to criminal background checks for a Student Teaching Assignments in a Delaware public school.
