9.1 Fees as charged in accordance with § 8.1 of this Chapter and these Regulations for the submission of Certificates of Inspections shall be due and payable to the Office of the State Fire Marshal according to the provisions of Chapter 1, § 4.1.4 of this Regulation.
9.1.1 Fees
as called for in § 8.1 of this Chapter for fire alarm signaling systems,
that are located in the jurisdiction of a Jurisdictional Assistant State Fire
Marshal, shall be due and payable to the appropriate Jurisdictional Assistant
State Fire Marshal's office, if applicable.
