1.1 Approved Extinguishers And Systems.
1.1.1 It shall be unlawful for any person,
directly or indirectly through an agent or otherwise to sell or offer for sale
in the State of Delaware any make, type, or model of portable fire extinguisher
either new or used, unless listed and labeled by Underwriters Laboratories,
Factory Mutual, or some other testing agency approved by the State Fire
Marshal.
