3.1 Application.
3.1.1 All plans and other
documents submitted under the provisions of this Chapter shall be accompanied
with a completed application as prescribed by the State Fire
Marshal.
3.2 Plan Review Fees.
3.2.1 All plans and other documents
submitted under the provisions of this Chapter shall be accompanied with a
check or money order made payable to The State of Delaware in accordance with
16 Del.C. §
6612.
3.2.2 The amount of the fee shall be computed
in accordance with the current plan review fee schedule as established by the
State Fire Marshal.
