8.1 The Credentialing Subcommittee of the SOMB may waive any initial credentialing requirements of the applicant after receiving the applicant's credentials and determining that the applicant holds a current license/certification/credential from another state that has requirements that are substantially equivalent to those set forth by the Delaware SOMB.
8.1.1
The applicant must meet the minimum standards as set forth by the SOMB in
Delaware.
8.1.2 An applicant who
has initially been credentialed by the Delaware SOMB through reciprocity must
meet all requirements/qualifications and follow the same procedure as other
Delaware renewal applicants as set forth by Delaware for all subsequent
renewals of their credentialing.
