Section 4d-3-18 - Minor irregularities

(a) The CIO may waive any minor irregularities or allow the bidder or proposer to correct them, depending on which is in the best interest of the state. The CIO shall state the reasons for any such waiver or correction in writing and include such statements in the contract file.

(b) If in the case of a mistake, the intended correct bid or proposal is clearly evident on the face of the bid or proposal document, the bid or proposal shall be corrected to reflect the intended correct bid or proposal. Examples of mistakes that are clearly evident on the face of the bid or proposal document include but are not limited to, typographical errors, errors in extending unit prices, transposition errors, and arithmetical errors.
