740 - Surplus Lines Insurers
Section 38a-740-3 - Waiver

Except when precluded by law, the commissioner may, where good cause appears, waive the applicability of any provision of sections 38a-740-1 through 38a-740-11, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies as to any eligible surplus lines insurer whose name appears on the list of licensed companies, approved reinsurers and surplus lines insurers immediately prior to the effective date of this Regulation, or an insurance company which is an affiliate of an insurer licensed in this state.
