Section 19-13-B88 - Drinking water

The drinking water shall be from a public water supply approved by the state commissioner of health or from a source which conforms with the requirements of sections 19-13-B51a to 19-13-B51 l, inclusive, shall be of a safe, sanitary quality, adequate in pressure and quantity, sufficient to provide drinking water for the maximum number of people to be assembled at the rate of at least one gallon per person per day, and shall be readily available to occupants of the mass gathering. Only drinking water shall be available for drinking or other domestic use.
