8a - Protection of Whistle-Blowers
Section 16-8a-4 - No retaliation by employer

Current through September 9, 2024

(a) No employer or person may take or threaten to take any retaliatory action against any employee for the disclosure of information pursuant to the provisions of sections 16-8a and 31-51m of the Connecticut General Statutes.

(b) Any employee found to have knowingly made a false report shall be subject to disciplinary action by his employer, up to and including dismissal.
