Section 13b-17-105a - Extension of time

At the discretion of the commissioner, for good cause shown, any time limit prescribed or allowed by sections 13b-17-100 a to 13b-17-152a, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, may be extended, except where specified or prohibited in the Connecticut General Statutes. All requests for extensions shall be made before the expiration of the period originally prescribed or as previously extended. The commissioner shall cause all parties to be notified of the action upon any such motion.
