Section 13b-17-104a - Computation of time

In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed by sections 13b-17-100 a to 13b-17-152a, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, or by an order, ruling, proposed final decision, final decision, regulation, license or other action of the commissioner, the day of the act, event, or default from which the designated period of time begins to run shall not be included. The last day of the period so computed shall be included unless it is a Saturday, a Sunday or a state designated holiday, in which case the last day shall be the day immediately following said Saturday, Sunday or state designated holiday which is not a Saturday, Sunday or state designated holiday.
