This Rule is promulgated pursuant to sections 12-20-204 and 12-215-105(1)(a), C.R.S.

Practices which are untrue, deceptive or misleading pursuant to section 12-215-105(1)(g), C.R.S. include but are not limited to the use of promotional materials which have the effect of enticing patients to a provider's office for unproven and/or unnecessary services as listed in Rule 1.14, unless the advertisement has an adequate disclaimer.
