These regulations are adopted pursuant to the authority in sections 12-20-204 and 12-215-105(1)(a), C.R.S., and are intended to be consistent with the requirements of the State Administrative Procedure Act, section 24-4-101 et seq. (the "APA"), C.R.S., and the Chiropractic Practice Act, sections 12-215-101 et seq. (the "Practice Act"), C.R.S.
