Section 1760 - PROOF OF LOSS REQUIREMENTS

A. At the time of the investigation or upon submission of the proof-of-loss form the claimant shall be responsible to prove by a preponderance of evidence:
1. Big game were present in the field prior
to the time of harvest.
2. Big game
did damage to his crop(s) in the amount set forth on his
claim.
