Section 12 CCR 2516-1-27.410 - DEFINITIONS

"Auxiliary services" mean those services defined in Section 26-21-103(1), C.R.S.
"Commission" means the Colorado Commission for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind (CCDHHDB), as referenced in Colorado Revised Statutes, Title 26, Article 21.
"Commissioners" means members appointed by the Governor to serve on the Commission, pursuant to Section 26-21-104, C.R.S.,
"Committee" means the Grant Program Committee authorized pursuant to Section 26-21-107.7(1) (a.5)(I), C.R.S.
"Entity" means a local government, state agency, state-operated program, or private nonprofit or not-for-profit organization.
