Article III - REVIEW OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDERS
Section 8 CCR 1501-1-4-III-404 - Review

(1) The Land Use Commission staff shall make a prompt review of every local government order.

(2) In its review the staff shall consider and make written comments about the following:

(a) Compliance with procedural requirements in the adoption of the order;

(b) Comparison of the order with Model Regulations promulgated by the Land Use Commission;

(c) Compliance of the order with the relevant provisions of Part 2 of 24-65.1-101 et seq., C.R.S. 1973; and

(d) Adequacy of the order in protecting against loss or damage of serious and major proportions to the public, health, welfare, or safety that might result from development proposed or in progress.
