This rule is promulgated pursuant to sections 26.5-3-403 and 26.5-3-410, C.R.S.
The Early Intervention Program, pursuant to 20 U.S.C. 1416(a) and 1442 which is referenced in Rule 5.104, shall collect and report data on the progress made by children and families receiving early intervention services.

A Certified Early Intervention Service Broker shall participate in the state program to measure child outcomes and ensure that each eligible child who receives early intervention services for six (6) months or longer receives a child outcomes rating that is determined utilizing information gathered through:
