Section 8 CCR 1401-1.411 - REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR TOBACCO SETTLEMENT PROGRAMS

A. All programs shall annually submit to the state department a report which, at a minimum, includes the following information:
1. The
amount of master settlement agreement moneys, as described in section
26.5-3-503(4),
C.R.S., received by the program for the preceding fiscal year;
2. A description of the program, including
the program goals, population served by the program, the actual number of
people served, and the services provided; and
3. An evaluation of the operation of the
program, which includes the effectiveness of the program in achieving its
stated goals.
