A. At a minimum, the following is required to be eligible to receive program services:
1. A mother with an annual income that does
not exceed two hundred percent (200%) of the federal poverty line;
2. No previous live births; and
3. Enrolled in the program during pregnancy
or prior to the end of the first (1st) month of the
baby's life.
B. Preference will be given to mothers who enroll in the program prior to the twenty-eighth (28th) week of pregnancy.
