In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed by these rules, the provisions of C.R.C.P. 6(a) and 6(e) shall apply. The time periods of these rules may be modified at the discretion of the Hearing Officer. Any pleadings or other documents received by the Hearing Officer after 5:00 p.m. shall be deemed to be filed the next business day.
