Part 4 - Files and hearings open to the public

As provided in the Colorado Open (Public) Records Act, all files shall be open to public inspection, unless otherwise prohibited by law, regulation or court order, or when upon motion and order the agency or Hearing Officer otherwise has the authority or discretion to prohibit public inspection. All hearings shall be open to the public unless prohibited by law, regulation or court order or closed by order of the Hearing Officer or the agency.
