The Hearing Officer shall be notified promptly, ideally within 3 business days, of all settlements, stipulations, agency orders or any other action terminating a matter before the Hearing Officer. A copy of such settlement, stipulation, agency order or of any other document reflecting an action terminating a matter before the Hearing Officer shall be filed with the Hearing Officer.
