A. As used in these rules, the following words have the following meanings:
1.
"Agency" means any board, bureau, commission, division, section or officer of
the Colorado Department of Agriculture.
2. "Expanded media coverage" means any media
recording or broadcasting of proceedings by the use of television, radio,
photographic, or recording equipment.
3. "Hearing Officer" means the individual, or
the group of individuals, assigned to hear the case.
B. In applying these rules:
1. Words in the singular shall include the
plural and words in the plural shall include the singular.
2. These rules shall be liberally construed
to secure the just, speedy and inexpensive determination of all matters
presented.
3. Appendices to these
rules are considered to be part of these rules.
