Recommendation 154. Interdisciplinary rehabilitation is acceptable for individuals who have not responded to less intensive modes of treatment or individuals who require concurrent treatment for chemical dependency. See the Chronic Pain Disorder Medical Treatment Guidelines (MTGs) for additional information, including indications, recommendations, and time frames.
