7.1 No Citation, Notice of Assessment, or Notice of Investigation Termination issued by the Division is intended to preclude an employee from initiating or pursuing a civil action or other administrative proceeding. Evidence obtained by the Division in the course of a direct investigation may be considered in determining whether an employee has initiated a wage complaint pursuant to 7 CCR 1103-7, Rule 4.2.1.
