These rules incorporate by reference the following materials:
Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards 49 C.F.R. Part 567.4(a) for manufactured motor vehicles (except replica motor vehicles and vehicles manufactured in two (2) or more stages), 49 C.F.R. Part 567.5 for vehicles that are manufactured in two (2) or more stages, or 49 C.F.R. Part 567.7 for certified vehicles that are altered (2022); and
42 CFR Part 2 Confidentiality of Substance Use Disorder Patient Records (2022).
Such incorporation does not include later amendments to or editions of the referenced material.
