Section 6 CCR 1010-9-15.0 - SAFETY

15.1 All electrical wiring, equipment and appurtenances shall be installed and maintained in accordance with provisions of the 1973 Edition of the National Electrical Code.

15.2 Liquid petroleum gas, fuel oil, gasoline, and other flammable liquids shall be handled and used in a safe manner and shall not be stored inside or beneath any camping vehicle or within five feet of a door of a camping vehicle.

15.3 The grounds, buildings, and related facilities shall be constructed, maintained and used in accordance with applicable local and state fire prevention regulations.

15.4 Play equipment, when provided for children, shall be designed for safety, maintained in good repair and located in areas free from hazards.

15.5 Stables and corrals shall be located on a well drained site and located at least 50 feet from any campsite or food preparation area. Horses and large animals shall be kept in a manner to prevent hazards to inquisitive children and air or water pollution or nuisance conditions.
