Section 6 CCR 1010-4.4 - Definitions

A. For the purpose of these rules and regulations:

1. Jurisdiction (as used in the PMO) means the State of Colorado.

2. Ordinance (as used in the PMO) means the regulations of the State of Colorado.

3. Regulatory Agency means the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and its authorized representative.

4. Sale means the transfer of manufactured milk and dairy products from one individual, partnership, or corporation to another individual, partnership, or corporation in exchange for cash or any other contractual obligation to pay for the product.
