1.1 AUTHORITY: Sections 25-1-107(1) (a) (d) (m) and 25-1-108(1) (c) (I) Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, as amended.
1.2 ADOPTED: October 16, 1974
1.3 EFFECTIVE DATE: January 1, 1975
1.4 PURPOSE: The purpose of these "SanitaryStandards and Regulations" is to provide minimum requirements for the protection of the health and safety of the occupants of mobile home parks, and the general public.
1.5 APPLICATION :
a. The provisions of these "SanitaryStandards
and Regulations" are applicable to the maintenance, sanitation, occupancy, and
use of mobile home parks, as defined.
b. These regulations shall not limit the
powers and duties of local governments to issue such orders and adopt such
rules and regulations as stringent as or more stringent than the provisions
contained herein; as may be necessary for the local public health and
safety.
