Escape status shall be terminated when the ward is:

(a) Returned to the institution or camp.

(b) Placed on parole status.

(c) Placed in the custody of a law enforcement agency.

(d) Discharged from the Youth Authority.

(e) Deceased.

1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering title 15, section 4685 to title 9, section 30978 filed 2-13-2020 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2020, No. 7).
