(a) All appeals will be decided by the Executive Officer or his/her designee.

(b) The first level of appeal is the Executive Officer or his/her designee.

(c) The second level of appeal is the appeal panel which has the same composition as a Full Board Panel. Whenever possible, the appeal panel shall not include those persons whose decision is being appealed.

(d) The final level of appeal is the Full Board En Banc.

1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering former title 15, section 4937 to new title 9, section 30837 filed 3-2-2020 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2020, No. 10).
