(a) Wards/inmates, housed in Youth Authority facilities, shall not possess or use tobacco products.
1. Change without regulatory effect adopting article 7 (section 30488) and renumbering title 15, section 4698 to title 9, section 30488 filed 2-13-2020 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2020, No. 7).
