Section 30461 - Notification of Death, Serious Injury or Illness of a Ward

Departmental staff shall immediately notify a ward's parents/guardians and other appropriate persons when the death, serious injury or illness of the ward occurs.
1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering title 15, section 4138 to title 9, section 30461 filed 2-13-2020 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2020, No. 7).
