Section 30422 - Right of Wards to Correspond with Director

A ward may write to the Director on any subject. Letters to the Director shall not be opened, delayed, or withheld by institutional staff. Guidelines in Section 30421 shall be followed.
1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering title 15, section 4130 to title 9, section 30422, including amendments, filed 2-13-2020 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2020, No. 7).
