(a) Institutionalized wards who are identified as illegal aliens shall remain in custody until they meet the criteria for release to parole.
1. Change without regulatory effect adopting article 10 (sections 30535-30536) and renumbering title 15, section 4621.1 to title 9, section 30535 filed 2-13-2020 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2020, No. 7).
