Section 31535 - Criteria for Recall Recommendation

The Department may recommend that the committing court recall a commitment when it is determined that the ward will no longer materially benefit by Youth Authority commitment as defined in Section 31321 of these regulations.

1. Change without regulatory effect adopting article 4 (section 31535) and renumbering title 15, section 4188.5 to title 9, section 31535, including amendments, filed 2-13-2020 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2020, No. 7).
