Behavior of a ward may be determined detrimental to the interests of the Department when the behavior includes one or more of the following:
(a) Acts dangerous to other wards.
(b) Acts dangerous to staff.
1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering title 15, section 4186 to title 9, section 31524 filed 2-13-2020 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2020, No. 7).
