Section 31523 - Determination of Person Incapable of Reformation

A ward may be determined incapable of reformation when he no longer meets the criteria of Section 31321 of these regulations (intake criteria).

1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering title 15, section 4185.5 to title 9, section 31523, including amendments, filed 2-13-2020 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2020, No. 7).
