A ward may be determined to be an improper person when he no longer meets the criteria of Section 31321 of these regulations (intake criteria).
1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering title 15, section 4184.5 to title 9, section 31521, including amendments, filed 2-13-2020 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2020, No. 7).
