Section 31507 - Determination of Person Incapable of Reformation

A ward may be determined incapable of reformation when he no longer meets the criteria of Section 31305 of these regulations (intake criteria).

1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering title 15, section 4179 to title 9, section 31507, including amendments, filed 2-13-2020 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2020, No. 7).
