This chapter shall apply to each person remaining in or returning to the Division of Juvenile Facilities or other placements as directed by the Division on or after July 1, 2018.
1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering title 15, section 4143.3 to title 9, section 31402, including amendments, filed 2-13-2020 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2020, No. 7).
