This chapter implements and makes specific Section 912 of the Welfare and Institutions Code.
1. Change without regulatory effect adopting chapter 12 (articles 1-2, sections 31400-31422), article 1 (sections 31400-31402) and renumbering title 15, section 4143.1 to title 9, section 31400, including amendments, filed 2-13-2020 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2020, No. 7).
