The Department shall make a decision to accept or reject a referral for housing, within 16 work hours, or as soon thereafter as possible, after receipt of the information and documents described in Section 31341 of these regulations.
1. Change without regulatory effect adopting article 4 (sections 31340-31345) and renumbering title 15, section 4197 to title 9, section 31340 filed 2-13-2020 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2020, No. 7).
