The Division shall make a decision to accept or reject a committed youth within 16 work-hours, or as soon thereafter as possible, after receipt of the information and documents described in Sections 31306 and 31308 of these regulations.
1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering title 15, section 4169.5 to title 9, section 31309, including amendments, filed 2-13-2020 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2020, No. 7).
